is to offer executives and managers in companies outside IT-sector additional knowledge and skills to initiate or execute organisation's digital transformation.

Learning outcomes of the study programme
1. Comprehends global and technology trends, and the value of digitising on a sufficient level for making fundamental decisions in an organisation.

2. Has basic understanding of IT development processes and tools along with knowledge about software technologies and processes related to them.
3. Understands the importance of data in an organisation, knows basic terminology of data analysis, is able to provide solutions to business problems that extend themselves to data analysis.
4. Can put together a business model that consider digital transformation.
5. Is able to evaluate the use of digital tools in customer service, and based on this compile a market analysis.
6. Can express him-/herself both in writing and orally, and can work with professional literature, including in English.

Graduation requirements
Completion of the curriculum in the required amount, and taking the final exam in conformity with the requirements set by the TalTech Senate.
In order to obtain Cum Laude diploma the final exam must be taken for the grade "5" and the weighted average grade must be at least 4,60, where all grades from diploma supplement are taken into account.

      The aim of the Master's Exam is to organise the key knowledge and skills acquired during the studies relating to understanding the digital transformation,
