type of assessment in Estonian
Projekt - Projekti hinne põhineb sellel, kuidas tudengid on loengutes käsitletud meetodeid rakendanud toote arenduse protsessi. Lisaks meetodite korrektsele kasutamisele hinnatakse ka põhjalikkust ja projekti lõpptulemust. Hinne on grupile ühine. Projekt annab 70% lõpphindest.
Eksam - Kirjalikul eksamil on küsimused loengus käsitletud materjalide kohta. Küsimused on kogu teoreetilise osa kohta, alustades ideede genereerimisest, kontseptsioonide loomest kuni valmistamise ja prototüüpideni välja. Eksami läbimiseks on vaja tulemuseks saada vähemalt 51%. Eksami hinne on individuaalne. Eksam annab 30% lõpphindest.
Lõpphinne kujuneb projekti (70%) ja eksami (30%) tulemuste summast. Projekti hinnet võidakse arvestada lõpphinde välja panekul.
Hinded vastavalt protsentidele: “1” – vähemalt 51% , “2” – vähemalt 61%, “3” – vähemalt 71%, “4” – vähemalt 81 %, “5” – vähemalt 91 %.

The project gives 70% of the final grade.
Exam - The written exam questions are about the material discussed in the lectures. The questions will be about all the chapters starting from idea generation, concepts to prototypes and final products. To pass the exam student must answer correctly to at least 51% of the questions. Exam result is individual. Exam gives 30% of the final grade.
The final grade is based on the results of the project (70%) and exam (30%). The project results might be used to determine final grade if results are between grades.
