To give an overview of the modern change management, to provide an information about processes, methods and diagnostics used in the change management at different level of the organisation in the context of digital society.

1) Üliõpilane tunneb organisatsiooni arendamise kaasaegseid teooriad ja seostab neid infotehnoloogilise kontekstiga; 2) identifitseerib ja kirjeldab muudatuste juhtimise põhifaasid ja tunneb olulisemaid organisatsiooni diagnostika meetodeid; 3) demonstreerib oskust algatada ja arendada uusi ärimudeleid kaasates organisatsiooni erinevaid tasandeid; 4) analüüsib organisatsiooni muutumisvajadust digiühiskonna arenguid ja jätkusuutlikkust silmas pidades; 5) hindab muudatustega kaasnevaid majanduslikke ja ühiskondlikke aspekte digitehnoloogiast lähtuvalt.

1) The student knows the modern theories of the organisational development in the ITC perspective; 2) The student identifies and describes the main phases of the change management and knows the most relevant diagnostics methods; 3) The student demonstrates an ability to launch and develop the new business models in the organisation; 4) The student is able to analyse the organization's need for change keeping in mind the sustainability of the organisation in the digital society; 5) The student evaluates the economical and social aspects of the changes in terms of digital technologies.

Avatakse organisatsioonide arendamise ja muudatuste vajaduse põhiolemus digiühiskonna kontekstis; käsitletakse digiühiskonna mõju organisatsioonidele ja sellest tulenevaid arenguvajadusi; õpetatakse muudatuste juhtimise põhiprotsesse ja organisatsiooni diagnostikat. Uued ärimudelid organisatsiooni arendamise kontekstis. Organisatsioonide jätkusuutlikkus ja infotehnoloogia eetika muudatuste juhtimises. Muudatuste juhtimise erinevad käsitlused ja juhi roll indiviidide, gruppide ja kogu organisatsiooni tulemuslikkuse suurendamiseks.

The influences of digitalization to the organisations, different approaches to the change management to increase the performances of individuals, groups and orgnanisation. New business models as key-factors in organisational development. Sustainability and ethics of infotechnology in the change management.
