The aim of this course is to explain the theories, models and methods needed to make service design related decisions, learn to use the main tools of experience and service design, and practice ethnographic observation and social interaction skills for business.

Teenusedisaini olemus, elamusteenused, disaini protsess, teenusedisaini meetodid, disainiuuring ja etnograafia tarbijakäitumise uuringutes, kliendisegmendi määramine ja nende vajaduste kaardistamine, teenuse elamustamine, prototüüpimine, elamuse digitaliseerimine.
Sügis 2021 õppesemestril toimub aine koostöös Eesti Energiaga.

The nature of service design, experiential services, the design process, service design methods, design research and ethnography in consumer behaviour research, identifying customer segments and mapping their needs, service immersion, prototyping, digitalisation of the experience.
