Aine annab teaduspõhise ülevaate professionaalsuse arendamise ja juhendamise (mentorluse) oskustest. Õpitavad oskused võimaldavad teha professionaalsuse arendamise ja juhendamise lihtsaks, tõhusaks ja nauditavaks. Põhirõhk on eksperdi mõtlemise õppimisel.
Teemad:
Professionaalsuse arendamine kui kompetentsuse ja karjääri arendamine. Kompetentsimudeli koostamine.
Kompetentsuse ja karjääri iseseisev arendamine, lähtudes kompetentsimudelist.
Töötaja kompetentsuse ja karjääri arendamise juhendamine, lähtudes kompetentsimudelist.
Professionaalsuse arendamise ja juhendamise oskuste hindamine ning arvestus.
Uusi oskusi õpitakse praktilistes harjutustes, mis arendavad eksperdi mõtlemist ning võimaldavad igaühel reflekteerida ja saada soovitusi oskuste tõhusamaks omandamiseks.

Mentoring employee competency and career development based on the competency model.
Evaluation and assessment of professional development and mentoring skills.
New skills are acquired through practical exercises that foster expert thinking and allow participants to reflect and receive guidance for more effective skill acquisition.
