course aims in Estonian
Tutvustada tootmise planeerimise metoodikad ja õpetada kasutama äriinfosüsteemid (BPM, ERP, Manufacturing Simulation)
course aims in English
Introduce the value-added chain, production planning and simulation methods and to give the practical working experience in Business Management software (BPM, ERP, Manufacturing Simulation)
learning outcomes in the course in Est.
Peale õppeaine läbimist üliõpilastel on teoreetilised teadmised: ettevõtte väärtusahela ülesehitusest, tootmise planeerimisest ja juhtimisest ja tootmis protsesside simulatsioonist.
Peale õppeaine läbimist üliõppilane oskab:
- kaardistada ettevõtte väärtusahela BPM tarkvaras
- läbiviia tootmise planeerimise protsessi majandustarkvaras
- analüüsida ja tõhustada tootmise protsessid simulatsiooni tarkvaras
- hinnata saavutatud tulemused ärianalüütika tarkvara abil
learning outcomes in the course in Eng.
After taking this course, the students will receive the theoretical knowledge:
• Know the structure of Enterprise Value Added Chain
• Know the structure of MPC systems
• Know how to implement ERP systems and how to assess the efficiency of implementation
• Know the differences between MRP and MRPII
• Know the logic behind the MRP and MPS main engines and ability to perform MRP and MPS calculations manually
• Know the basics of Inventory Management and ability to calculate safety stock and safety lead-time manually
• Know the differences between "Push" and "Pull" manufacturing planning approaches.
• Review of subject related scientific literature, ability to read and analyse research papers.
Moreover, practical experience of mapping of Value Added Chain of the company in BPM software, Production Planning Process in ERP systems and analysis of production output results in simulation software based on computer labs. Those practical labs cover:
