- provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the fundamentals and processes of model-based design for building services systems;
- facilitate students with the ability to use BIM tools and methods for the planning and design of building services systems.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- kirjeldab tehnosüsteemide mudelprojekteerimise protsesse ja mudelprojekteerimise erinevaid kasutusalasid;
- rakendab tehnosüsteemide mudelprojekteerimise andmehaldamise põhimõtteid, protsesse ja meetodeid projektide ettevalmistamisel ja läbiviimisel;
- kasutab BIM tehnoloogiat tehnosüsteemide mudelprojekteerimise projektlahendite kavandamiseks ja dokumenteerimiseks.

Kursus tutvustab BIM kontseptsioone, printsiipe ja tehnoloogiaid, keskendudes modelleerimise põhimõtetele ja töövoogudele. Õpitakse tehnosüsteemide BIM elementide andmekoosseisu, BIM-põhist kommunikatsiooni, analüüse, vastuolude ja vastavuse kontrolli ning visualiseerimist.

The course introduces BIM concepts, principles, and technologies, focusing on modeling principles and workflows. Students will learn about the data composition of BIM elements of building services systems, BIM-based communication, analyses, clash detection, compliance checks and visualization.

adequate number of lectures that is 3/4 of the course. The student can also have
independent work for the preparation to the test.
