- orienteerub hoone tehnovõrkude projekteerimise, ehituse, järelvalve ja hooldamise nõuetes;
- oskab arvestada hoonete projekteerimisel ning ehitamisel tehnosüsteemide vajadustega.

Having completed the course, students will:
- be able to apply the requirements for the design, construction and supervision of building services ( water supply, drainage and HVAC);
- be able to take into account the needs of building services during the design and building process.

Sise- ja väliskliima. Õhuvahetus, selle määramine. Ventilatsioonisüsteemide liigitus. Loomulik ja sundventilatsioon, selle arvutus. Õhu konditsioneerimine. Soojuskadude arvutus. Küttekehad, nende valik. Küttesüsteemide liigitus. Küttesüsteemide ehitus ja hüdrauliline arvutus. Soojusväljastuse reguleerimine. Lokaalne ja kaugküte, soojussõlmed. Kohtküte. Olulist hüdraulikast. Hoonete külma- ja soojaveevarustus, kanalisatsioon. Sisevõrkude. Veevarustuse ja kanalisatsiooni sisevõrkude ehitus, materjalid ja seadmed. Süsteemi elemendid, veemõõdusõlm, pumbad. Sisevõrkude hüdrauliline arvutus, skeemid, arvutusvooluhulgad.

Indoor and outdoor climate. The main calculation principle of air exchange. The classification of ventilation systems. Natural and mechanical ventilation, the main calculation principles. Air conditioning. Heat loss calculations. Heating elements and the main dimensioning principles. The classification of heating systems. The installation of heating systems. The hydraulic calculation of heating systems. Control of the heat output of heating system. Local and district heating systems. Building plant.
Significant hydraulics. Building water supply and sanitation systems, construction, materials and fixture. System elements, piping, water metering, pumps. Hydraulic calculation of internal network, schemes, flow rates.
