To provide knowledge of air conditioning systems and the classification of air conditioners, structure, working principles, as well as the structure and functions of the individual modules of air conditioning unit and represent air treatment processes on the graphic humid air state diagrams.

Õppija peab teadma:
• konditsioneerimissüsteemide ja õhukonditsioneeride liigitust, tööpõhimõtteid ja põhimõtteskeeme
• konditsioneeride üksikute moodulite ehitust ja tööpõhimõtet
• õhu töötlemise protsesse ja nende graafilist kujutamist niiske õhu olekudiagrammidel
Õppija peab oskama:
• arvutada konditsioneeritava õhu kogust
• määrata töödeldava õhu parameetreid sisenemisel vastavasse moodulisse ja väljumisel sellest
• määrata vastavate moodulite soojus-ja jahutuskoormusi
• kujutada graafiliselt kogu konditsioneerimisprotsessi niiske õhu olekudiagrammil.

Learners must know:
• conditioning systems and air conditioner classification, working principles and the principle layouts
• structure and operation of the air conditioning different parts
• Air handling processes and its graphical depiction on humid air state diagrams
The learner must be able to:
• Calculate the amount of air to be conditioned,
• set the parameters of the treated air that entering and exiting different parts of the module
• define the respective modules for heat and cooling load
• draw the process of air conditioning throughout the humid air state diagram

Air conditioning systems classification and the principle schemes. The central air-conditioning principle scheme and its main modules. Humidifiers, dehumidifiers, Chillers, Heaters, mixing chamber, and noise suppressors. Air ducts and diffusers. Standalone air conditioners. Air processes in the portrayal of the status diagram.
