Selgitada personalijuhtimise põhimõtteid ja põhitegevusi organisatsioonis. Luua tingimused süsteemsete teadmisete omandamiseks personalijuhtimise kui protsessi korraldamiseks organisatsioonis. Kirjaliku kodutöö eesmärgiks on analüüsida personalijuhtimise kui protsessi korraldust konkreetse organisatsiooni kontekstis, et leida võimalusi tegevuste täiustamiseks. Kursuse praktilise osa tegevused aitavad mõista, kuidas personalijuhtimine organisatsioonides toimub.

Its primary aim is to explain the principles of the personnel management and activities in the organization. To provide systematic knowledge of personnel management in the organization. Written homework aim is to analyze the organization of staffing and labor relations in the context of a particular organization in order to find ways to improve operations. The course helps to understand the practical view of personnel management in the organization.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- oskab kirjeldada olulisi personalijuhtimise osategevusi organisatsioonis;
- teab, kuidas viia läbi tööanalüüsi, koostada ametijuhendit, planeerida personali, viia läbi värbamis- ja valikuprotsessi; teostada personali arendamist ja koolitust ning personali hindamist;
- tteab töösuhteid reguleerivaid seadusandlikke akte.

- has knowledge to carry out the work review, to draw up a job description, personnel plan, carry out the recruitment and selection process; carry out staff development and training, personnel assessment;
