Modelleerimise põhimõtted - mudeli disain; stuktuur ja planeerimine; mudeli loomine; tulemuste presenteerimine; mudeli kontroll. Finantsmodelleerimises kasutatavad Exceli abivahendid ja nende rakendused - finantsfunktsioonid (sh praeguse ja tulevase väärtuse arvutused, investeerimisprojekti hindamise näitarvud, laenugraafiku koostamine) ; Goal Seek ja Solver (sh optimaalse investeeringute portfelli koostamine); maatriksid, muud funktsioonid ning risttabelid; analüüsi pakett. Finantsplaanide ja ettevõtte väärtuse modelleerimine Excelis - kasumiaruande prognoos; bilansi prognoos; rahavoogude prognoos; finantssuhtarvude prognoos; vaba rahavoo prognoos (FCFF, FCFE); ettevõtte väärtuse hindamine vaba rahavoo, varade ning väärtussuhtarvude abil. Riski modelleerimine ja simulatsioonid Excelis. R-i abivahendite kasutamine finantsmodelleermises - sissejuhatus R-i kasutamisse, tehniline analüüs, aktsiate tootlus, portfelli tootlus, riski modelleerimine, intressimäära ja võlakirja hinna modelleerimine.

Principles of modelling - model design; model structure and planning; model building; presentation of results; model auditing. Excel tools used in financial modelling and their applications - financial functions (incl. present and future value calculations, investment project appraisal indicators, loan repayment schedule); Goal Seek and Solver (incl. creation of optimal investment portfolio); matrix calculations, other functions and pivot tables; analysis toolpack. Modelling of financial plans and company value in Excel - income statement forecasting, balance sheet forecasting; cash flow forecasting; forecasted financial ratios; free cash flow forecasting (FCFF, FCFE); company valuation based on free cash flow, assets and enterprise value multiples. Risk modelling and simulations in Excel. R use in financial modelling - introductions to the use of R, technical analysis, stock returns, portfolio returns, risk modelling, modelling of interest rates and bond prices.
