Anda ülevaade hüdraulika ja pneumaatika olemusest, põhimõtetest, hüdrauliliste mõõtmiste jaotusest; tutvustada testimise ja surveproovide põhimõtteid, hüdraulika mõõteriistu ja -seadmeid surve, kiiruse, vooluhulga ja nende efektiivsuse määramiseks.

To give an overview of the nature and principles of hydraulics and pneumatics, subdivision of hydraulic measurement; to introduce , principles of testing and investigations, hydraulic measuring instruments and apparatuses for the determination of pressure, velocity, rate of flow and efficiency of hydraulic machines.

Üliõpilane omab ettekujutust hüdro- ja pneumoajami rakendamisest; suruõhu jaotamisest; töövedeliku omadustest; sümbolite esitlusviisist; hüdro- ja pneumosüsteemide diagrammidest; hübriidsüsteemidest; proportsionaalsest pneumaatikast; üliõpilased demonstreerivad oma praktilisi oskusi, töötades hüdro- ja pneumostendidel.

Students have to exposure to:H & P fields of application; compressed air distribution and processing; hydraulic fluids and their properties; symbolization, engineering and characteristics of traditional, digital, proportional and servo-hydraulic components; pneumatic components; pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams design; hybrid systems : mechanics, hydraulics and electricity with pneumatics; proportional and servo-pneumatics; demonstrate the use in the practical exercises on pneumatic, hydraulic and combined stands.

Hüdroajami koostisosad ja tööpõhimõte. Hüdroajami eelised ja puudused. Hüdroajami kasutusalad. Töövedelikud. Vedelike voolamise seadused. Rõhulangud torudes ja aparaatides. Labapumbad. Hüdrodünaamilised sidurid ja transformaatorid. Mahtpumbad ja -mootorid. Hüdrosilindrid. Hüdroaparaadid. Hüdrauliliste ajamite kiiruse reguleerimine. Põhimõtteskeemid. Hüdrovõimendid, proportsionaalaparaadid. Hüdraulilised ja elektrohüdraulilised järgivajamid. Abiseadmed. Pneumotehnika kasutamisest. Rakendusaerodünaamika põhimõisted ja -seadused. Kompressoritehnika ja õhu ettevalmistamine. Pneumoajamid, nende dünaamika. Pneumaatilise juhtimise aparatuur. Pneumaatiliste juhtsüsteemide projekteerimine. Elektropneumaatiline aparatuur. Elektropneumaatilised süsteemid.

Components and working characteristics of hydraulic systems. Main connections between characteristics of elementary drives. Application of hydraulic drives: advantages and shortcomings. Hydraulic fluids. Energy transmission in hydraulic drives. Volumetric pumps and motors: working principles, main concepts and characteristics, classification and field of use. Classification and design of hydraulic cylinders, choice of parameters. Hydraulic valves: directional, throttle, pressure and flow-control valves. Adjustment of speed in a hydraulic system: block diagrams. Hydraulic amplifiers and proportional valves. Electro-hydraulic drives. Filtration of hydraulic fluids. Supply and preparation of compressed air. Pneumatic pipelines. Pneumatic cylinders and motors: classification, parameters and design. Pneumatical control devices. Typical flow diagrams in pneumatics. Electro pneumatic apparatus: logical elements, directional valves, electromagnets, switches and relays, sensors. Exemplary diagrams.
