Anda magistriõppe tasemel süsteemne käsitlus personalijuhtimise ja personalitöö arendamise eetilistest alustest, personalitöö kutse-eetilistest väärtustest ning normidest ning analüüsida väärtuste internaliseerimise meetodeid ning mõju organisatsiooni toimimisele.

The aim of the course is to give a broad systematic knowledge of professional ethics principles and values in personnel management. During the course methods of internalisation of values and their impact to an organisation will be explored.

1. Tunneb ja oskab põhjendada personalitöö eetilisi aluseid;
2.Teab eetika juhtimise regulatsioonimehhanisme personalitöös ja organisatsiooni toimimises;
3. Oskab analüüsida ning lahendada personalitöös esinevaid eetilisi probleeme.

1. Knows basic values and principles of personnel management ethics and can justify them;
2. Knows basic approaches to ethics management in professional life and organisational functioning;

Aines käsitletakse olulisi kontseptuaalseid personalitöö eetika alusmõisteid ning seostatakse need personalitöö praktikaga. Eetika mõiste ja olemus. Filosoofiline ja praktiline eetika, kutse-eetika. Personalijuhtimise ja personalitöö eetilised standardid, huvide konflikt. Personalijuhtimise alusväärtused ning nende rakendamine organisatsioonis. Personalitöö roll organisatsioonieetika kujundamisel. Sotsiaalne vastutus. Privaatsus ja tehnoloogiate kasutamine personalijuhtimises. Organisatsioonikultuur, väärtused ja koodeksid ning personalitöötaja roll nende kujundamisel.
brief description of the course in English
During the course, the following basic concepts of personnel management ethics and their implementation into practice are explored: philosophical, practical and professional ethics. Ethical standards and values in personnel management, conflict of interest. A role of HR management professional in developing organisational values and culture. Social responsibility. Privacy and using technology in HR practices.

Eksamihinne kujuneb koondhindena kolme tegevuse tulemuste põhjal. Hinnatavad tegevused on:
▪ kirjalik eksam (kuni 30 punkti)
▪ teemade esitlemine seminaris (kuni 20 punkti)
▪ valitud teema kirjalik analüüs (kuni 50 punkti)
Maksimumtulemus on 100 punkti. Lõpphinne kujuneb erinevate elementide üldsumma alusel:
51 - 60 punkti – hinne 1
61 - 70 punkti – hinne 2
71 - 80 punkti – hinne 3
81 - 90 punkti – hinne 4
91 - 100 punkti – hinne 5

Grades: Course grades will be determined by performance on 3 criteria:
▪ reading assignments (20%),
▪ case analysis (50%),
▪ and final exam (30%).
Grading criteria:
51 - 60 points – 1
61 - 70 points – 2
71 - 80 points – 3
81 - 90 points – 4
91 - 100 points – 5

Osalemine grupitöös ühe personalitöö eetika ja väärtuste teema põhjalikus ettevalmistamises ettekandeks. Ühe personalitöö juhtumi kirjalik analüüs.

Participation in the group work to prepare comprehensively one topic for delivering that during the seminar. Written assignment to analyse one case from a personnel management practice.
