Mikroorganismide kasvatamise meetodite tundmaõppimine. Perioodilise, poolperioodilise, kemostaat- ja A-staat-meetodite rakendamine. Sadestus-, kromatograafiliste ja membraanmeetodite kasutamine järeltöötlusprotsessis ja analüüsis. Andmetöötlus ja aruande vormistamine arvutil.

Introduction to methods of cultivation of microorganisms. Application of batch, fed-batch, chemostat, A-stat methods for the study and optimisation of growth processes. Introduction to down-stream processing - principles of sedimentation, chromatographic, membrane etc. methods and data analysis.
