Elekter, laeng, pinge, vool, võimsus. Alalisvool, komponendid. Seadused ja võrrandid. Siirdeprotsessid elementaarjuhtudel. Harmoonilised signaalid, faasorid, võimsus. Sageduskarakteristikud. Signaalid ja nende põhiparameetrid. Kogu õppeprotsess toimub internetis (eksperimendid laborikittidega, mida saab ka koju laenutada)

Introduction into electrical and computer engineering. Electricity, charge, voltage, current, power. DC, components, laws, and equations. Elementary transients. Harmonic signals, AC circuits, phasors, AC power. Frequency response. Signals, parameters. Learning process is fully web-based (home labkits are provided for experiments).
