learning outcomes in the course in Est.
Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- leiab ja hindab kriitiliselt uut Asjade Interneti e. IoT tehnoloogiatega seotud informatsiooni;
- kirjeldab peamisi IoT rakendusvaldkondi;
- nimetab IoT seadmete funktsionaalseid sõlmi ja IoT valdkonnas olulisi andureid;
- valib ette antud tingimustes sobivaima lühimaa andmesidevõrkude ja sideprotokolle (sh juhtmega ja juhtmeta);
- hindab kaasaegsete IoT seadmete piiranguid arvutusvõimuse, energiaefektiivsuse ja sidevõimekuse alal;

type of assessment in Estonian
type of assessment in English
The course is assessed on a 100-point scale, which is converted into a final grade at the end of the semester. The following components contribute to the total score: a written mid-semester test and exam, practical session reports, participation in group work and a group research project, homework assignments, and short quizzes. Detailed assessment guidelines are provided in the extended course syllabus and will be introduced during the first lecture of the course.
