Õpetamise praktika eesmärk on omandada õppejõu juhendamisel kõrgkoolis õpetamise kogemus.

The objective of the course is to provide PhD students acting under the supervision of a teaching staff member the experience of teaching at university level.

Üliõpilane omandab vanema kolleegi suunamise all:
- oskuse planeerida ülikooli tasemel õpetatava kursuse sisu, koostada ainekava, valida sobivat kirjandust ning hindamismeetodeid
- loengute pidamise, seminaride juhendamise ja üliõpilaste kirjalike tööde lugemise ning hindamise kogemuse
- bakalaureuse- ja magistritööde retsenseerimise ja juhendamise kogemuse
- oma suulise esinemise, juhtimise ja konfliktilahenduse parendatud oskusi
- iseseisvuse akadeemilise õpetamis- ja juhendamistegevuse läbiviimiseks.

- improved skills of oral presentation, leadership and conflict resolution
- independence in teaching and supervising students at the university level.
