Õppeaine eesmärk on anda üliõpilastele võimalus omandada praktilisi teadmisi, kinnistades samal ajal varasematel kursustel õpitut ning valmistades neid ette professionaalseks tulevikuks. Kursuse eesmärk on suurendada üliõpilaste pädevust seoses GDPR-i, AI Acti, DSA ja DMA rakendatavusega.

The aim of this course is to consolidate and deepen the students' previously acquired knowledge of technology law through the practical application of previously studied legal initiatives. Among others, this course may include the drafting of a Data Protection Impact Assessment (GDPR), Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment (AI Act), an Out-of-Court dispute settlement proposal (DSA), and DMA gatekeeping and monitoring documents (DMA).

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- koostab andmekaitse mõjuhinnangu (DPIA);
- koostab põhiõiguste mõjuhinnangu (FRIA);
- selgitab kohtuvälise vaidluste lahendamise protsessi olemust;
- selgitab DMA alusel ligipääsu kontrollija määramist.

This course provides students with the opportunity to obtain some practical knowledge while consolidating the already acquired in previous courses while preparing them for a professional future. The course seeks to enhance the student’s capacity, in relation to the applicability of the GDPR, the AI Act, the DSA and the DMA.
