Õppeaine eesmärk on omandada teadmised küberjulgeoleku õiguslikest alustest erinevatel tasanditel ning omandada laiem vaatenurk regulatiivsete raamistikude rolli hindamiseks küberjulgeoleku juhtimise protsessis.

The aim of this course is to get knowledge on the legal basis of cyber security in different levels and acquire a broader perspective for the assessment the role of regulatory frameworks in the process of cybersecurity management.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- kirjeldab küberjulgeoleku arengut ja põhikontseptsioone;
- hindab õiguse rolli küberjulgeoleku juhtimises teiste dimensioonide kõrval;
- leiab küberjulgeolekule kohaldatavad õigusnormid;
- analüüsib küberjulgeoleku intsidentide õiguslikke aspekte rahvusvahelises kontekstis.

- describes the evolution and basic concepts of cyber security;
- assesses the role of law among other dimensions of cybersecurity management;
- identifies the legal norms applicable to cyber security;
