Aine eesmärk on tutvustada personalijuhtimise alaste uuringute tänapäevaseid kontseptsioone ja tulemusi ning anda ülevaade kaasaegsetest suundadest ja muutustest personalijuhtimises. Aine raames käsitlekse esile kerkinud ja kriitilisi teemasid personalijuhtimise valdkonnas.

The aim of this course is to present the modern concepts and results of human resource management research and to provide an overview of modern trends and changes in human resource management. Within the scope of the subject, emerging and critical topics in the field of personnel management would be discussed.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- omab teadmisi kaasaegsetest suundadest ja personalijuhtimise alaste uuringute kontseptsioonidest;
- oskab kriitiliselt hinnata uuringute tulemusi ja neid kohaselt rakendada;
- on teadlik kaasaegsetest suundumustest ja kriitilistest probleemidest personalitöös ning oskab nendega arvestada oma tööd planeerides.

Seminari jooksul antakse laiapõhjaline ülevaade personalijuhtimise alaste uuringute tänapäevastest kontseptsioonidest ja tulemustest; õpetatakse üliõpilasi neid kriitiliselt hindama ja tulemusi rakendama. Seminarides käsitletakse kaasaegseid suundumusi ja muutusi personalijuhtimises, analüüsitakse esile kerkinud kriitilisi teemasid ja probleeme.

During the seminar, a broad overview of the modern concepts and results of research in the field of personnel management will be given; students are taught to critically evaluate them and apply the results. Seminars deal with modern trends and changes in HR management, analyze emerging critical topics and problems.
