brief description of the course in Estonian
brief description of the course in English
The course is structured around three theoretical perspectives on leadership: self-management and development as a leader, leadership within a team and organization and leadership in society. These perspectives are applied in interactive seminar learning through solving situations and conducting exercises. Based on seminar work, the master's student compiles a personal workbook in which they analyze themselves, others, and situations in leadership and collaboration contexts, and, based on this, identify development opportunities and sources.
