Õppeaine eesmärk on:
- selgitada ettevõtte probleemide ja ettevõttepõhise juhtimisprojekti vahelisi seoseid ning olemust;
- selgitada, kuidas koguda, sünteesida ja analüüsida andmeid juhtimisprojekti jaoks;
- õpetada koostama ettevõtte juhtimisprojekti kavandit ja juhtimisprojekti;
- õpetada retsenseerima teiste üliõpilaste juhtimisprojektide kavandeid ja juhtimisprojekte;
- õpetada lahendama juhtimisalaseid simulatsioone.

The aim of this course is to:
- explain the relationships and nature between company problems and company-based management projects.;
- explain how to collect, synthesize and analyze data for a management project;
- teach how to prepare a company management project draft and a management project;
- teach how to review the management projects drafts and management projects of other students;
- teach how to solve management simulations.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- mõistab ettevõtte oluliste probleemide ja ettevõttepõhise juhtimisprojekti vahelisi seoseid ja olemust;
- kogub, sünteesib ja analüüsib andmeid juhtimisprojekti jaoks;
- koostab ja esitleb ettevõtte juhtimisprojekti kavandit ja juhtimisprojekti;
- retsenseerib teiste üliõpilaste juhtimisprojektide kavandeid ja juhtimisprojekte;
- lahendab juhtimisalaseid ülesandeid ja simulatsioone.

Upon completion of the course, the student:
- understands the relationship and content of the company's important problems and the company-based management project;
- collects, synthesises, and analyses data for the management project;
- prepares and presents a company-based management project draft and management project;
- provide constructive feedback on the management project drafts and management projects of other students;
- solves management tasks and simulations.

NB! Aine on mõeldud deklareerimiseks ainult MAEM Ettevõtlik juhtimine MBA õppekava üliõpilastele. Õppejõul on õigus kõik muud deklaratsioonid tühistada tuginedes õppekorralduseeskirja (ÕKE) § 12 lõikes 11 kirjapandud eranditele, et aine kuulub ainult tasulisse õppekavasse ja ainel on limiteeritud kuulajakohtade arv.

Seminar koosneb sissejuhatavast loengust, konsultatsioonidest, seminaridest ja hackathonidest. Juhtimisprojekti olemus ja seos ettevõtte probleemidega, projektitöö organiseerimine, infootsing andmebaasidest, ülevaade erinevatest andmete kogumise ja andmete analüüsi meetoditest, töö vormistamine, juhtimisprojekti koostamine ja esitlemine, juhtimisülesannete ja -simulatsioonide lahendamine.

NB! The subject is intended for declaration only to MAEM Entrepreneurial Management MBA curriculum students. The lecturer has the right to cancel all other declarations based on the exceptions written in § 12 (11) of the Academic Policies (AP) the course is available only in a self-paid curriculum and there are limited number of places available.

The seminar consists of an introductory lecture, consultations, seminars, and hackathons. The topics include the content of a management project and its relation to the company's problems, project work organisation, information search from databases, an overview of different methods of data collection and data analysis, document formatting, the preparation, and presentation of a management project overview. The seminars also involve solving management tasks and simulations.

Lõpptulemus: 80% kodutööd, 20% ettekanne ja tagasiside andmine.

Final result: 80% homework, 20% presentation and feedback.
