Kirjalik eksam hõlmab üldjuhtimise teoreetilisi lähtepunkte. Eksam on jaotatud neljaks refleksiooniks 4 * 10 = 40p (ILO 1).
Kirjalik kodutöö (valitud organisatsiooni protseduuranalüüs) 60p (ILO 2)
Refleksioone hinnatakse nende sügavuse ja analüüsi ning sünteesi põhjalikkuse alusel skaalal 0-10p. Refleksioon ei ole referaat, see tähendab, et hinnatakse eelkõige filosoofilist mõtisklust, üliõpilase mõtiskluste ja elamuste analüüsi, kahtluste ja kõhklustega täidetud mõtisklust.

Written examination covers the theoretical starting points of general management. Examination is divided into four reflections 4 * 10 = 40p (ILO 1).
Written homework (procedure analysis of selected organization) 60p (ILO 2).
Reflections are evaluated on the basis of their depth, analysis and synthesis on a scale of 0-10p. Reflection is not a review, which means that primarily philosophical contemplation, student reflection and experience analysis, contemplation filled with doubt and hesitation will be assessed.
