Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- hindab uusi globaalseid suundumusi analüütikas ja digitaalseid muutusi;
- loob andmeanalüüsi strateegiat, mõistes selle komponente ja väärtust;
- loob digiühiskonna vajadusest lähtuva organisatsioonikultuuri;
- juhib analüüsiprotsesse, lähtudes eetikast ja seadustest;
- ostab ja arendab analüüsi IT-komponente;
- hindab IT süsteemide integratsiooni vajadust ja riske.

NB! Aine on mõeldud deklareerimiseks ainult MAEM Ettevõtlik juhtimine MBA õppekava üliõpilastele. Andmed ja analüüs – keskkond, kus me opereerime, on turbulentne. Keerulises ja muutuvas olukorras on raske leida tasakaalu ning mõista, mis on erinevate tegevuste reaalne väärtus. On oht rongist maha jääda, konkurentsieelis kaotada või hoopis üle investeerida ja järgmise haibiga kaasa minna.
Kursuse käigus arutame üheskoos, millised on parimad praktikad, näited päriselust ning kuidas mõista takistusi ja valikuid.
Vaatame lähemat digitaalsete muutuste mõju, ärianalüüsi ja andmete rolli selles.
Tutvume 7 analüüsipõhimõttega Telia Eesti näitel. Arutame, milline võiks olla struktuur, töövahendid ja protsess et mängust võitjana väljuda.

Data and Analytics – in modern digital society we operate in turbulent environment. It is a challenge to find balance and measure positive impact. Threats to lose competitive advantage or vice versa - waste resources going after next “big data” hype is very real.
We will try together, to cover some real-life examples, discuss best practices, strategy and identify main obstacles on the way.
We will look closer to Digital Transformation and recognize the role of Business Intelligence and analytics.
We will identify 7 key principles how we built data processes in Telia Eesti and will have discussion on what could be the best setup, tools and solution to play the game well.
