Anda ülevaade organisatsiooni arendamise olemusest (OA) ja muutusi käivitavatest jõududest. Käsitleda organisatsiooni arendamise protsessi ja meetodeid. Käsitleda organisatsiooni arendamise ja muudatuste juhtimist organisatsiooni erinevatel tasanditel.

To give an overview of the organisational development (OD) and change, To provide an information about methods an, diagnostics used in the organisational development process at different level.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- teab ja defineerib OA protsessi põhitermineid;
- identifitseerib ja kirjeldab OA protsessi põhifaase ja nimetab olulisemad meetodid OA-s;
- demonstreerib oskust rakendada OA ja muutuste juhtimise teooriaid organisatsiooni erinevatel tasanditel;
- analüüsib juhi tegevust OA-l ja muutuste juhtimisel.

After completing this course the student:
- knows and defines the basic definitions of the organisation development process;
- identifies and describes the main phases of the OD process and names the most relevant methods in OD;
- demonstrates an ability to use right theory tools in organisational development / change process at different levels of the organisation;
- analyses manager’s role in an organisational development process.

Avatakse OA põhiolemus; käsitletakse muudatuste mõju organisatsioonidele ja õpetatakse muudatuste juhtimise põhiprotsesse ja diagnostikat. OA erinevad käsitlused indiviidide, gruppide ja kogu organisatsiooni tulemuslikkuse suurendamiseks. Antakse ülevaade juhi erinevatest rollidest ja juhtimiskäsitlustest organisatsiooni arendamisel ja muutuste juhtimisel.

Main features of OD and diagnostics. The influence of changes to the organisations, different approaches to the OD to increase the performances of individuals, groups and organisation. Discribe role of the manager and different management styles in terms of OD and change.
