- tunneb projektijuhtimise protsessi ja selle erinevaid etappe ning valdab erialast terminoloogiat;
- teab erinevaid rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud projektijuhtimise raamistikke;
- tunneb agiilse projektijuhtimise põhimõtteid;
- teab virtuaalse projektimeeskonna juhtimise eripärasid;
- oskab kasutada ühte projektide plaanimise ja juhtimise hõlbustamiseks loodud veebipõhist keskkonda.
