Levinumad toitumise uurimise meetodid (recall, record). Toitumisuuringu etapid (eesmärgipüstitus, valimi ja metoodika valik, suhtlemine eetikakomiteega, vajalikud vahendid, pilootuuring, uuringu läbiviimine, tulemuste analüüsimine ja esitamine) ja mini-toitumisuuringu teostamine rühmatööna.
