Õppeaine eesmärgiks on toetada arusaama kujunemist töölõppimise eripäradest ning toetada töölõppimise mõistmiseks ja analüüsimiseks vajalike kontseptsioonide ja meetodite rakendamise oskuste kujunemist ning töölõppimise analüüsimise, juhendamis- ja hindamismeetodite tundamõppimise ja rakendamisoskuste kujunemist.

The aim of the course is to support the development of understanding of the specifics of work-leaving, and to develop skills in applying concepts and methods for understanding and analyzing work-related learning, and in developing skills for analyzing, supervising and evaluating work-based learning.

Üliõpilane:
- analüüsib oma töölõppimise kogemust tuginedes töölõppimise teoreetilistele käsitlustele;
- analüüsib töölõppimise toetamist ja juhendamist lähtuvalt töölõppimise printsiipidest, meetoditest ja hindamise iseärasustest;
- mõistab töölõppimist mõjutavaid tegureid, sh töölõppimise õpipotentsiaali, luues seoseid töölõppimise konteksti ja praktikatega;
- mõistab töölõppimise reguleerimist erinevates kutseharidussüsteemides.

Having passed the course the Student:
- Analyzes their experience of leaving work, based on theoretical approaches to leaving work;
- Analyzes the support and guidance for leaving the workplace, based on the principles, methods and evaluation features of the job leaving;
- understands the determinants of work-related learning, including the learning potential of work-based learning, by linking to the context and practice of work-based learning;
- understands the regulation of leaving work in different VET systems.

Töö kui õppimise keskkond. Tööl õppimise iseärasused. Tööl õppimise kontseptsioonid, rakendatavad mudelid ja seda mõjutavad tegurid. Töölõppimise kontekst ja töö õpipotentsiaal. Meetodid tööl õppimise äratundmiseks ja toetamiseks. Töölõppimise head praktikad. Töölõppimise võrgustikud ja praktikakogukondade tähendus. Töölõppimise printsiibid ja meetodid. Õpipoisiõpe kui töölõppimine. Õpipoisiõpe erinevates kutseharidussüsteemides Euroopas.

Workplace as a learning environment. Peculiarities of studying at work. Concepts of work-based learning, applicable models and factors affecting it. Contextualization of work and learning potential of work. Methods for recognizing and supporting work-based learning. Good practice in quitting. Graduate networks and the role of communities of practice. Principles and methods of leaving work. Apprenticeship training as a job. Apprenticeships in different VET systems in Europe.

The student analyzes one apprenticeship system in the EU and presents it in a seminar.
