The aim of this course is to provide an overview of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), data warehouse and data lake business information systems (DW/DL), and the integration of these systems.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
1. omab teadmisi kliendihaldussüsteemidest (CRM), andmeaida süsteemidest ja ettevõtte ressursihaldamise süsteemidest (ERP) ning nende süsteemide juurutamise metoodikatest;
2. tunneb erinevad ärirakendusi (ERP, CRM, DW/DL, Data Fabric) ning oskab neid valida ja juurutada;
3. oskab kirjelda peamiseid protsesse ERP süsteemis (ost, müük, tootmine, raamatupidamine);
4. oskab koguda operatiivandmed erinevatest allikatest (CRM, ERP) andmelattu (DW) ja kasutada neid äriotsuste tegemiseks;
5. omab teadmisi erinevatest äritarkvara integreerimise meetoditest ja levinumatest standarditest;
6. omab teadmis analüüsi- ja andmeplatvormi (Data Fabric) funktsioonist ja kasutamisest ettevõtte infosüsteemi osana.

Upon completing the course, the student:
1. has knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRM), data warehouse systems, enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), and the methodologies for implementing these systems;
2. understands different business applications (ERP, CRM, DW/DL, Data Fabric) and knows how to select and implement them;
3. can describe key processes in an ERP system (procurement, sales, production, accounting);
4. can collect operational data from various sources (CRM, ERP) into a data warehouse (DW) and use it for business decision-making;
5. has knowledge of different business software integration methods and commonly used standards;
6. understands the function and usage of an analytics and data platform (Data Fabric) as part of an enterprise information system.

Ettevõtte ressursside planeerimise (ERP) süsteemid. ERP-süsteemide liigitus. ERP-süsteem kui ettevõtte infosüsteemi osa. ERP-süsteemide arhitektuur. Näited ERP-süsteemidest ja nende loomise metoodikatest (SAP S/4HANA public cloud näitel).Kliendihaldussüsteemi (CRM) mõiste. Andmeaida ja andmejärve süsteemide kasutamine äriinfosüsteemi osana. Andmehõive andmeaida süsteemides (OLAP). OLAP määrang ja käsitlus erinevates SQL andmebaasides. Näiteid analüüsi- ja andmeplatvormist ning nende loomise metoodikatest (SAP Datasphere näitel).

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Classification of ERP systems. ERP systems as part of enterprise information systems. ERP system architecture. Examples of ERP systems and their implementation methodologies (using SAP S/4HANA public cloud as an example). Definition of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The use of data warehouse and data lake systems as part of business information systems. Data acquisition in data warehouse systems (OLAP). OLAP definition and implementation in different SQL databases. Examples of analytics and data platforms and their implementation methodologies (using SAP Datasphere as an example).
