Eriala praktika eesmärk on erialaoskuste arendamine, töökogemuste saamine ja teadmiste kinnistamine erialaga seotud töökohtadel.

The aim of practical training is to develop specialty skills, gain work experience and solidify knowledge through work related to the specialty.

Aine edukas läbija suudab töötada erialases ettevõttes või asutuses. Ta on:
- katsetanud igapäevase töörutiini taluvust;
- õppinud tundma IT ettevõttes töötamise eripära;
- arendanud kohuse- ja vastutustunnet tööülesannete täitmisel.

On successful completion of this course, students are able to work in a company or organisation related to their specialty. They have:
- tested their ability to cope with a daily working routine;
- gained insight into the specificities of working at an IT company;
- developed their sense of duty and responsibility in fulfilling work duties.

Töötamine erialases valdkonnas äriettevõttes või akadeemilises asutuses kestusega vähemalt 2 kuud. Praktika aruande esitamine kirjalikult või ettekande vormis.

Working in a commercial enterprise or an academic institution related to the specialty for the minimum duration of 2 months.
