VERSION SPECIFIC DATA
course aims in Estonian
Õppeaine eesmärk on õpetada tudengeid mõistma Eesti tervisevaldkonnas rakendatavate infosüsteemide omadusi (capability) läbi standardsete arhitektuuri vaadete. Tudengid uurivad rühmatöö käigus Eesti e-tervisega seotud süsteemide maastikku. Tervishoius kasutatavate infosüsteemide omaduste uurimine valmistab tudengid ette uute süsteemide loomiseks ja olemasolevatega integreerimiseks. Arhitektuuri vaadete valik põhineb standardsel arhitektuuri metoodikal TOGAF, Eesti e-tervise valitsemise õigusruumil ja andmekaitse nõuetel. Standardse arhitektuuri metoodika rakendamise kogemus annab tudengitele võimekuse mõista erinevate infosüsteemide kirjeldusi ning kirjeldada iseseisvalt infosüsteeme võrreldaval kujul. Infosüsteemide metoodiline kirjeldamine annab tudengitele võimaluse arutleda Eesti tervisevaldkonna infosüsteemide terviklikkuse üle.
course aims in English
The course aims to teach students to understand the characteristics of the information systems used in Estonian health care field. Students study the landscape of systems that form the Estonian e-health. Investigating the properties of specific health care systems prepares students for the development of the new systems and the integration of the existing ones. The investigation of the systems is based on the architectural views of a standard architecture methodology - TOGAF, governance model of Estonian e-health, and applicable information security regulations. The experience of using standard methodology will give students the capacity to understand the descriptions of the various systems and describe their own information systems in a comparable form.
