VERSION SPECIFIC DATA
course aims in Estonian
Õppeaine eesmärk on anda tudengitele ülevaade sensoritest ja täituritest ning nende tööpõhimõtetest ja võimalikest rakenduskohtadest.
course aims in English
The goal of the subject is to give students overview about sensors and actuators, their principles and possible applications.
learning outcomes in the course in Est.
Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
• oskab nimetada sensorite ja täiturite rakendusvõimalusi;
• mõistab erinevate sensorite ja täiturite füüsikalisi ja keemilisi tööpõhimõtteid ning nende iseärasusi ja arengusuundi;
• oskab hinnata keskkonna mõju sensorite mõõtetäpsusele (näiteks temperatuuritundlikkus);
• oskab leida informatsiooni sensorite ja täiturite kasutamist piiravate tegurite (nn. piiritingimused) kohta;
• rakendab saadud teadmisi info- ja andmehõivet sisaldavate elektroonsete sensorsüsteemide arendamisel.
learning outcomes in the course in Eng.
Student who has passed the subject:
• is able to name possible applications for sensors and actuators;
• understands the physical and chemical principles of different sensors and actuators, also their features and future trends;
• is able to estimate environmental effect on the accuracy of the sensors (i.e. temperature sensitivity);
• is able to find information about restrictions (boundary conditions) of using sensors and actuators;
• applies obtained knowledge when developing electronic systems including information and data acquisition tasks.
brief description of the course in Estonian
Sensorid (elektrokeemilised, termilised, mehaanilised, fotoelektrilised jne). Sensorite põhiprintsiibid, rakendusalad, mikrotehnoloogilised lahendused. Kaudselt määratavate füüsikaliste suuruste mõõtmine. Isekohanduvad ja nutikad andurid. Monoliit-, hübriid-, mikro- ja nanotehnoloogiad. Mikrolülitustes kasutatavad elektromehaanilised ja optilised elemendid. Täiturelemendid, mikroaktuaatorid.
