Anda põhjalikud teadmised ning praktiline rahvusvahelise meeskonnatöö kogemus e-teenuse ärimudeli arendamisest Startup põhimõtete alusel. Projekti valdkonda seostatakse “e-riigi tehnoloogiate laboratooriumi” uurimissuundade ja Mektory projektidega.

The aim of the course is to give thorough overview and knowledge of starting a company following Start-up principles.

Participants have the chance to experience the process of modelling e-governance related services and products in interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams by having practical hands-on sessions via Hackathons.

Kursusel osaleja:
- kirjeldab äriideed Business Process Modelling Canvase abil;
- koostab ärimudeli SWOT analüüsi;
- koostab äriidee turundusstrateegia ning tegevusplaani;
- teostab turu-uuringu äriidee valideerimiseks;
- rakendab Startup põhimõtteid äriidee realiseerimisel;
- töötab välja e-teenuse prototüübi ja esitleb seda potentsiaalsetele investoritele;
- oskab töötada rahvusvahelises Startup meeskonnas;

The participant:
- understands the concept of Start-ups and is able to implement its principles into entrepreneurial activities;
- as a team member is able to work under time-, information- and peer pressure constraints in an international and multi-cultural team with diverse experiences from different domains;
- creates a marketing research plan, defines marketing activities and conducts a short market research;
- defines and analyses the business idea of the e-service/product by using Business Model Canvas and SWOT table;
- refines the business idea up to a level of a visualized prototype and pitches it to potential investors.

E-Riigi Tehnoloogiad ja Teenused (IVCM), Küberkaitse (IVGM) ja Tehnoloogia ja Õigus (HJVM) õppekava tudengitele kavandatud ainekursus annab põhjaliku ülevaate ja oskusteabe ettevõtlusega alustamiseks. Loengutes käsitletakse Startupindusega seonduvaid teemasid, mida kursusel osalejad saavad rakendada läbivalt meeskondliku projektitöö kaudu.

Märksõnad: Startup, ideede genereerimine, meeskonna moodustamine, teenusdisain, ärimudel, turundusstrateegia ja turu-uuring, Lean Startup, projektijuhtimine, finantseerimine ja turundamine Startup´ides, küberkaitse ja tehnoloogiaõiguse aspektid e-teenuste loomisel.

e-Governance Technologies and Services (IVCM), Cyber Security (IVGM) and Law&Technology (HJVM) master program students will be given thorough overview and knowhow to start a company that is based on Startup principles. Lectures will provide a theoretical basis for development of a business idea/model, and Hackathon enables practical output for students to act in a multinational teams creating a business.

The lectures of ideation, team building, service design/design thinking, business models and strategies, project management, financing mechanisms, marketing, cyber security threats and intellectual property issues will provide knowledge for successful development of new e-services or products in the field of e-governance.

Ainekursus on arvestatud kui tudengid on esitanud meeskondlikult kõik viis (5) kohustuslikku ülesannet õigeaegselt ning osalenud edukalt äriidee (e-teenuse projekt) prototüübi esiltemisel mais toimuval Hackathonil.

The course is passed when teams have presented all five (5) assignments on time and have successfully pitched their prototype of a business idea (e-service project) in May during the Hackathon.
