Aine eesmärk on anda:
- süvendatud teadmised ettevõtte äriarhitektuuri arendamise ja kasutamise eesmärkidest, põhitulemustest, meetoditest, vahenditest ning protsessidest;
- süvendatud teadmised ja oskused ettevõtte digipöörde teostamise instrumentide kasutamiseks ja ettevõtte innovatiivse strateegia loomiseks.

The aim of this course is to give:
- enhanced knowledge of the goals, principal results, methodologies, tools and processes of the development and usage of Enterprise Business Architecture;
- enhanced knowledge and skills for using the tools for the implementation of digital transformation and innovative strategy.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- omab süsteemset ülevaadet ettevõtte äriarhitektuuri peamistest mõistetest ja kontseptsioonidest ning tunneb nende olulisi rakendusvõimalusi ettevõtte strateegia loomisel;
- modelleerib loovalt ettevõtet äriarhitektuuri instrumentide abil (sh võimekuste kaart, väärtusvood);
- seostab loovalt projektide portfellide valitsemise ja juhtimise põhimõtteid ettevõtte strateegiliste eesmärkide saavutamisega;
- omab süsteemset ülevaadet ettevõtte riskijuhtimise põhimõtetest ja meetoditest ning oskab loovalt seostada riskijuhtimise meetodeid ettevõtte strateegiliste eesmärkide saavutamisega.

After completing this course, the student:
- has systemic knowledge of the principal terms and conceptions of Enterprise Business Architecture, and of the implementation methodology of these principles in the process of development of enterprise strategy;
- has creative skills to model the Enterprise with the tools of Business Architecture (incl. capability chart, value stream);
- has systemic knowledge for the integration of project portfolio governance and management principles with the achievement of strategic goals of the enterprise;
- has creative skills to analyse the implementation ways of the risk management conceptions and has systemic knowledge of the role of risk management in achieving strategic goals of the enterprise.
