Aine tutvustab äriprotsessid juhtimise põhiprintsiipe ja meetodeid kogu äriprotsessi elukaare jooksul: alates identifitseerimisest kuni automatiseerimise ja seireni. Kursuse rõhuasetus on äriprotsesside mudelitel kui äriprotsesside analüüsi instrumentidel.Kursus integreerib äri ja IT meetodid.

This course introduces key principles and methods of business process management along the most relevant lifecycle phases of business processes: from identification to redesign, analysis and monitoring. The course emphasises the role of business process models as an instrument to understand and analyse business operations, and to drive the design of Information Technology solutions that support the execution of business processes.

1. Oskab koostada äriprotsessi mudelit BPMN keeles.
2. Oskab analüüsida äriprotsessi mudelit.
3. Oskab optimeerida äriprotsessi mudelit.
4. Tunneb äriprotsesside juhtimise põhiprintsiipe ja meetodeid.

1. After passing this course, student wil be able to understand and create business process models in BPMN language.
2. Student will be able to analyse business process model.
3. Student will be able to redesign and optimize business process model.
4. Student will obtain knowledge regarding general business process management principles and methods.
