Web Management Environments is a course that covers the introduction and usage of WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, OpenCart, Jekyll and Magento. Practical exercises involve creation and administration of simple solutions.

Üliõpilane teab ning oskab kasutada erinevaid veebihalduskeskkondi, teab nende võimalusi ja puudusi. Üliõpilane oskab:
- paigaldada iseseisvalt erinevaid sisuhalduskeskkondi;
- luua WordPress keskkonnas erinevaid lahendusi;
- koostada juhendeid veebilehe sisu halduseks;
- koostada lisamaterjale kasutades iseseisvalt erinevates veebilahenduse keskkondades veebirakendusi;
- töötada väiksemas meeskonnas.

- create different solutions in the WordPress environment;

Õppeaines tegeletakse erinevate veebihalduskeskkondadega ja nende võimalustega, tutvutakse halduse vajadustega ja abivahenditega. Põhirõhk on WordPressi kui ühe levinuima arendusplatvormi tutvustamisel ja kasutamisel. Aine edukalt läbinud üliõpilane oskab töötada väiksemas meeskonnas ning luua kaasaegseid rakendusi, kasutades erinevaid veebihaldustehnoloogiaid.

The course is concerned with different web management environments and their possibilities. It introduces the needs and tools of web management. The main emphasis is on the introduction and usage of the WordPress environment as the most widely used development platform.
Student who has successfully passed the course is able to work in a smaller team and create contemporary applications by using different web management technologies.
