- Anda teadmised e-valitsuse terminoloogiast, põhiprintsiipidest ning õigusnormidest, samuti valitsuse ja valitsemise organisatoorsest ülesehitusest.
- Õpetada nägema võimalikke e-valitsuse arengukohti.
- Anda oskus analüüsida e-valitsusega seotud kaasuseid.

- To give the knowledge of terminology, basic principles and law of e-governance, includingly the organisation of government and governance.
- To teach to notice and understand potential developments of e-governance.
- To give the knowledge to analyse cases related to the e-governance.

Õppeaine edukalt läbinud üliõpilane:
- Kasutab õigesti e-valitsuse terminoloogiat;
- Selgitab ja analüüsib e-valitsust reguleerivaid õigusnorme ning e-valitsuse üldiseid põhimõtteid;
- Analüüsib e-valitsuse õiguslikke küsimusi rahvusvahelise ja võrdleva õiguse ning inimõiguste kontekstis;
- Lahendab e-valitsusega seotud õiguslikke kaasuseid.

After successfully passing the subject the student:
- Uses correctly the main terminology of e-governance;
- Explains and analyses legal norms and general principles of e-governance;
- Analyses legal questions concerned e-governance in the context of human rights, public international law and comparative law;
Solves cases concerned e-governance.

terminology of e-governance, general principles, organisation of governance, legal acts and norms regulating e-governance, relation of e-governance to the International public law, human rights and comparative law, solving cases concerned e-governance.
