Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- selgitab pilvetehnoloogia põhimõisteid, sealhulgas erinevaid pilveteenuste mudeleid (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS);
- haldab ja konfigureerib virtuaalmasinaid ning konteinereid pilvekeskkonnas;
- valib ja rakendab konkreetseid pilveteenuse mudeleid vastavalt organisatsiooni vajadustele;
- analüüsib ja hindab pilveturvalisuse põhimõisteid ning seotud väljakutseid;
- kasutab sobivaid programmeerimiskeeli pilvetehnoloogia lahenduste arendamiseks.

- explains the key concepts of cloud technology, including various cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS);
- manages and configures virtual machines and containers in a cloud environment;
- selects and applies specific cloud service models according to organizational needs;
- analyzes and evaluates the key principles of cloud security and related challenges;
- uses appropriate programming languages to develop cloud technology solutions.

Pilvetehnoloogia põhimõisted ja ajalugu. Erinevate pilveteenuste mudelite ülevaade (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Virtuaalmasinad, konteinerid ja nende rakendused pilvetehnoloogias. Pilveandmetega töötamine. Pilverakenduste arendamine, testimine ja juurutamine. Pilvetehnoloogia turvastrateegiad.
