Peale õppeaine läbimist on üliõpilastel teoreetilised teadmised ettevõtte väärtusahela ülesehitusest, tootmise planeerimise ja juhtimise rakendustest ning arengutest.
Üliõpilane:
- oskab planeerida tootmisprotsessi majandustarkvaras;
- teab toote struktuuri ja tootmise arendamise/optimeerimisega seotud probleemidest ettevõttes;
- oskab tuvastada ja analüüsida ettevõtte äriprotsesside olemust ning eesmärke ja nende loomise, juhtimise ning arendamise põhimõtteid;
- tuvastab eri tüüpi protsesse ning mõistab nendega seotud väljakutseid;
- suhestab protsesside seoseid ettevõtte strateegiliste eesmärkidega;
- tuvastab ja analüüsib tootmisprotsesside korraldust ning ressursside kasutamist ettevõttes;
- teab, kuidas arendada kvaliteedijuhtimist ettevõttes.

After completing the course, students have theoretical knowledge of: business value chain structure, production planning and management applications and developments.
Student:
- is able to conduct production planning process in economic software;
- knows about problems related to product structure and production development/optimization in the company;
- can identify and analyze the nature and objectives of business processes and the principles of their creation, management and development;
- identifies different types of processes and understands related challenges;
- relates processes to the strategic objectives of the company;
- identifies and analyzes the organization of production processes and the use of resources in the enterprise;
- knows how to develop Quality Management in the company.

Tootmine ja areng. Ettevõtte väärtusahela ülesehitus, tootmise planeerimise ja juhtimise rakendus ning arendus. Tootmise planeerimise protsess majandustarkvaras. Toote struktuuri ja tootmise arendamise/optimeerimisega seotud probleemidest ettevõttes. Ettevõtte äriprotsesside olemus ja eesmärgid, nende loomise, juhtimise ja arendamise põhimõtted. Erinevat tüüpi protsessid ning nendega seotud väljakutseid. Protsesside seosed ettevõtte strateegiliste eesmärkidega. Tootmisprotsesside korraldamine ja ressursside kasutamine ettevõttes. Kvaliteedijuhtimine.

Production and development. Enterprise value chain structure, production planning and management application and development. Production planning process in economic software. Problems related to product structure and production development/optimization in the company. The nature and objectives of business processes of the enterprise, the principles of their creation, management and development. Different types of processes and related challenges. The relationship of the processes to the strategic objectives of the company.Organization of production processes and use of resources in the enterprise. Quality Management.
