Õppeaine eesmärk on anda põhiteadmised ja teoreetilised alused tervikprotsessist, mis koosneb raudtee-ehitustööde ning hoolduse planeerimisest, ohutust korraldamisest ja juhtimisest; samuti protsessiga kaasnevatest küsimustest ja nende küsimuste lahendamise põhimõtetest ning tüüpolukordade lahendustest. Selgitatakse põhimõtteid, millest lähtuvalt tuleb valida eri tööde tarbeks ehitusmaterjale.

The aim of this course is to give a principal overview and theoretical knowledge about the integer process consisting of planning, safe organization and management of railway construction works and maintenance. Also from questions, solutions of those questions and typical situations connected with different processes. Basics of the selection of construction materials for different works are explained.

- teab rööbas- ja raudtee-ehituse tervikprotsessi etappe;
- tunneb ehituse projektijuhtimise aluseid;
- analüüsib projekte ja planeerib selle alusel ehitustegevust;
- tunneb erinevaid raudtee hoolduse korralduse planeerimise meetodeid ja nende kasutusvõimalusi tagamaks seejuures ohutusnõuded;
- lähtub ehitusmaterjale valides eri tööde olemusest.

- has acquired the basics of project management;
- analyses railway constructional projects and plans construction works according to that;

Ehitusprotsessis osalejad: omanik, projekteerija, töövõtja, konsultant, nende suhted ja vastutus. Ehitushange, pakkumus ja töövõtuleping. Raudtee ehituse korraldamise põhimõtted ja eesmärgid. Ehitusprojekti juhtimine ja projektgrupp. Ehituskestus, ehituskorralduse meetodid. Ehituskava realiseerumise tõenäosus, ehitusvoolu kujutamise viisid. Ehituse planeerimiseks lähteandmete kogumine. Töömahtude, masinate ja tööjõu arvutus. Ressursside vajadus, majanduslikud hinnangud. Ehitustegevuse korraldus töömaal ja ohutusnõuete tagamine teetöödel. Ehituse ettevalmistus, laod, ajutised ehitised ja ohutuse tagamine nende kasutamisel. Erinevateks teetöödeks sobivad materjalid.
Ainetöö sisu:
Vajalike raudteede ehitusressursside arvutus, spetsialiseeritud töögruppide moodustamine, vedude vajaduse arvutamine. Ehituse kalenderplaanimine. Ehitusprotsessi kirjeldamine joongraafiku, tsüklogrammi ja võrkgraafikuna. Erinevate tööprotsesside kulude kalkuleerimine.

Basics and objectives for organization of railway construction. Project management and project group of railway construction. Duration and methods for organization of construction. Probability of realize the construction plan, methods for figuring the plan.
Collection of the initial data for planning organization of railway construction. Calculation of workload, machinery and labours. Needs of resources, estimation of economic benefits. Organization of construction on the site and work safety. Preparatory of construction, stores and temporary structures. Materials suitable for different works.
Course work:
Calculation of necessary resources, specialized workgroups, machinery and vehicle for railway construction. Scheduling of railway construction. Figuring the process of construction by the graphs and schedules. Calculation of costs of different work processes
