Puidu lõiketöötlemise alused. Saematerjali tehnoloogia, lahtisaagimise skeemid, saekavad, sorteerimine ja kvaliteediklassid. Hööveldamine ja profiilide tootmine. Sõrmjätkamine. Ülevaade puittoodete tootmistehnoloogiatest. Puitdetailide (aknad, uksed) tootmine.
Puidu kuivatuse tehnoloogia, protsesside teoreetilised alused, kuivatustehnoloogiad ja seadmed, kuivatuse erimeetodid, kvaliteedi hindamine tootmisprotsessil. Puidu immutamine, teoreetilised alused ja tehnoloogilised protsessid, antiseptimine, kvaliteedi hindamine tootmisprotsessil, puittoodete katsetamine, tooted. Puidu termiline töötlemine, teoreetilised alused, termopuit, kvaliteedi hindamine tootmisprotsessil, puittoodete katsetamine, tooted. Innovatiivsed meetodid puidu töötlemisel, plasmatöötlus, superkriitiline töötlemine, laserlõikus.

Basics of wood cutting technologies. Sawmilling, sawing schemes saw plan, quality classes of sawn timber. Planed timber and production of profiles.Fingerjointing. Overview of manufacturing technologies of wood products: joineries, windows, doors and their framing. Wood drying technology, theoretical bases of the processes, wood drying equipment. Wood impregnation technology, theoretical bases and impregnation agents used in technological processes. Heat treatment of wood, thermal modification of wood, equipment used in the process. Other wood modification methods.
