Elektrienergia omahind elektrijaamades ja elektrivõrkudes. Investeeringud energiasüsteemis ja elektrivõrgus. Investeeringute hindamise meetodid. Tasuvusaeg. Puhta nüüdisväärtuse meetod. Sisemise kasuminormi meetod. Kasumiindeks. Avatud elektriturg. Hinna kujunemine avatud elektriturul. Elektrienergia tariifid. Energiaettevõtete aastaaruanded. EVA.

Electricity production, transfer, distribution and use costs. Short and long-term marginal costs. Energy and fuel costs. Social and environmental cost in power systems. Investments in the energy system and electricity grid. Investment valuation methods. Payback period. Net present value method. Internal profit margin method. Profit index. Open electricity market. Price formation in the open electricity market. Electricity tariffs. Annual report.

Hindeline kirjalik eksam. Eksami eelduseks on kontrolltööde ning ainetöö eelnev arvestus. Ainetöö-50 %, eksam-50%.Kirjaliku eksami hinde võib üliõpilane saada kontrolltööde hinnete alusel, kui kõik kontrolltööd on sooritatud vähemalt 50 punktile.
