To obtain knowledge and skills for solving quality management problems typical in management and engineering

Antud kursuse läbinu:
1) Orienteerub olulisemate kvaliteedijuhtimise alaste probleemide ja tegevuste integreeritud lahendamise loogikas ja meetodites, sh juhtide ja spetsialistide koostöös.
2) Tunneb ja oskab kasutada põhilisi juhtimissüsteemide hindamisel kasutatavaid toimemõõtmise meetodeid.
3) Tunneb hajuvusohje rolli kvaliteedijuhtimisel ja põhilisi hajuvusohjel kasutatavaid meetodeid.
4) Tunneb põhilisi juhtimistegevusega seonduvaid kvaliteedijuhtimise mudeleid, standardeid ja meetodeid.

1) Knows logics and techniques for integrated solving of quality management problems and activities (incl cooperation of engineering and management people).
2) Knows and is able to use basic performance measurement models and techniques used for assessment of management systems
3) Knows the role of variability control in quality management and basic variability control techniques.
4) Knows basic quality management models, standards and techniques related to management activities.

Kvaliteedi mõiste ja roll konkurentsivõimes. Kliendirahulolu mudelid. Kvaliteedijuhtimise alased lähenemisviisid ja situatsioon maailmas, Euroopas ja Eestis. Terviklik kvaliteedijuhtimine. Kaizen. Olulisemad kvaliteedigurud. Toimemõõtmismeetodid ja -süsteemid kvaliteedijuhtimises. Kvaliteedikulude mudelid. Tasakaalustatud tulemuskaart. Äritäiuslikkusmudelid: võrdlus, struktuur, hindamine. EFQM mudel. Enesehindamismeetodid. Võrdlusanalüüs. Kvaliteet teeninduses, teenuskvaliteedi mudelid. Kvaliteedijuhtimisvahendid hajuvuse ohjes. Kuus sigmat, DMAIC/DMADV-skeemid. Kulusäästliku lähenemisviisi vahendid, 5S. Kvaliteedijuhtimisvahendid kavandamisel, QFD, FMECA, robustkavandus. Vigade vältimine, poka-yoke. Protsesside juhtimine, voodiagrammid, IDEF-0. Kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemide standardipere ISO 9000. Integreeritud juhtimissüsteemid, seonduvad standardid (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 jm). Muutusjuhtimine. Poliitika osandamine. Probleemilahendusvahendid.

Performance measurement techniques and systems in quality management. Quality costing models. Balanced scorecard. Business excellence models: comparison, structure, assessment. EFQM model. Self-assessment techniques. Benchmarking. Quality in services, service quality models. Quality management tools in variability control. Six sigma, DMAIC/DMADV-schemes. Lean approach tools, 5S. Quality in design, QFD, FMECA, robust design. Prevention of errors, poka-yoke. Process management, flowcharting, IDEF-0. Quality management system standards family ISO 9000. Integrated management systems, related standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 e.a.). Quality-related infrastructure in EU. Management of change. Policy deployment. Problem solving tools.

Hindamiskriteeriumiks on arvestusharjutuste, kursusetöö ja kirjaliku eksamitöö hindamisel saadud punktide kaalutud summa, mille põhjal tuletatakse hinne vastavalt TTÜs kehtivale punktiskaalale (läbimiskünnis on 51 p).

Assessment is based on weighted sum on points of assignment task reports, course paper and written examination paper. The mark is derived from total score as fixed by valid scale used in TUT (with pass threshold level 51 p).
