Üliõpilane:
- rakendab erialaste probleemide analüüsimisel, hindamisel ja lahendamisel interdistsiplinaarseid meetodeid ja sobivaid tehnikaid, meetodeid ja tehnoloogiaid ning oskab hinnata lahenduste võimalikke tagajärgi;
- tunneb disaini ning installatsiooni spetsiifilisi printsiipe ümberehitusprojektides.
- omab ülevaadet keskkonnaalastest tulevikutrendidest laeva elutsüklis
- hindab erinevate tootmistehnoloogiate ja tootmisprotsesside kasutamist meretehnika komponentide loomisel,;
- tunneb tootmise planeerimise ja korraldamise põhimõtteid;
