(1) arendada ruumikujutlusvõimet ja graafilise modelleerimise oskust
(2) anda teoreetilised ja praktilised baasteadmised jooniste valmistamiseks ja lugemiseks
(3) arendada objekti geomeetriliste vormide tundmaõppimisega mõtlemisoskust
(4) arendada erialast loovust
(5) kujutava geomeetria osatähtsuse väärtustamine inseneri praktilises kutsetöös
(6) CAD tarkvara kasutamise praktiliste oskuste omandamine kahemõõtmeliste jooniste koostamiseks
course aims in English
(1) to develop the ability of conception of space and graphic modelling skills
(2) to give theoretical and practical knowledge of making and reading drawings
(3) to develop the ability of thinking by geometrical forms of objects
(4) to develop creativeness in speciality
(5) to valuate the importance of descriptive geometry for architects in practice
(6) to give practical knowledge of making two-dimensional drawings with CAD
learning outcomes in the course in Est.
Üliõpilane, läbinud nimetatud kursuse, teab ja oskab:
(1) kujutava geomeetria alaseid mõisteid ning nende rakendusi
(2) kasutada loogilist ja analüütilist mõtlemist ning süsteemset lähenemist ruumigeomeetriliste ülesannete lahendamisel kujutiste/jooniste abil
(3) kasutada kujutava geomeetria teadmisi ja oskusi teistes õppeainetes ning meid ümbritseva elukeskkonna kirjeldamisel ja analüüsil
(4) vormistada ja lugeda jooniseid, tuletada ruumiobjektidest tasapinnalisi kujutisi
(5) kasutada ratsionaalseid töövõtteid graafiliste lahenduste teostamisel
(6) kasutada erialaseid teatmeteoseid ja õppekirjandust
(7) analüüsida ja modelleerida tehismaailmas ja looduses esinevaid ruumilis- mahulisi vorme
(8) väljendada täpselt, lühidalt ja argumenteeritult nii kirjalikult kui suuliselt kasutades kujutava geomeetria mõisteid
(9) koostada ja redigeerida CAD tarkvaraga loodud kahemõõtmelisi jooniseid

The student, who has completed the course, knows about and is able to:
(1) use the concepts of descriptive geometry in various helds of their applications
(2) think logically, analytically and systematically to solve space geometrical tasks by means of drawings and images
(3) use knowledge and skills of descriptive geometry to solve problems in other subjects as well as to describe and analyse the environment
(4) produce and read drawings, derive from space objects planar images
(5) use rational methods to solving graphical problems
(6) use reference materials and textbooks
(7) use analysing and modelling space-volume geometrical forms existing in nature and the artificial world
(8) express himself exactly, shortly and reasonably as in writing as well as orally using the concepts of descriptive geometry
(9) create and edit two-dimensional drawings created by CAD software

Kujutava geomeetria sisu ja eesmärk. Projekteerimine, projektsioonide liigid. Monge'i meetod. Punkti, sirge ja tasapinna käsitlus Monge'i meetodil. Lisaprojektsioonide tuletamine ja kasutamine. Hulktahukad. Kõverjooned ja kõverpinnad. Kõverpindade lõikumised. Kõverpindade laotused. Aksonomeetria meetod. Aksonomeetria liigid. Aksonomeetria põhiteoreem. Seos moondetegurite vahel. Teljestiku ristprojektsiooni tuletamine.
Punkti, sirge, tasandi, pöördkoonuse ja topograafiliste pindade kujutamine kvooditud ristprojektsioonis. Pindade lõikumine. Kallete graafik, kaldekoonus. Katused ja muldrajatised. Profiil.

The subject and purpose of descriptive geometry. Projection, classification of projections. The Method of Monge. Treatment of a point, a straight line and a plane by the Method of Monge. Derivation and using of auxiliary projections. Polyhedrons. Curved lines and curved surfaces. Intersections of curved surfaces. Developments of curved surfaces. The basic theorem of axonometry. Connection between the coefficients of transformation. Derivation orthogonal projection of rectangular coordinate axes. Representation in the axonometry circels, standing in parallel planes of coordinate surfaces.
Representing a dot, a straight line, a level, a rotating cone and topographic cones in orthogonal projection method with numerical value. Intersection of surfaces. Pitch graphs, a pitch cone. Roofs and constructions made by earth-moving. Profile.
CAD software. Command system. Coordinate system. Graphic objects. Editing drawings. Colors, linetypes. General principles of dimensioning. Making and using layers and blocks. Blocks attributes. Drawing plotting.
