Anda teadmised inimese tervist kajastavate elektroonsete andmete kasutamisest tervishoius. Anda ülevaade elektroonilistest tervishoiuteenustest. Luua arusaamine e-tervise andmete kasutamise piirangutest tervishoius. Anda ülevaade digitaalsetest ja analoogsetest protsessidest tervishoius. Tutvustada teiste riikide e-tervise lahendusi.

To provide knowledge about electronical data reflecting human health in the health care system. Give overview of electronical health care services. Create understanding of the structure of health data and application limits of eServices in health care. Give overview of digital and analog processes in health care. Introduce other countries e-Health experiences.

Õppeaine edukalt läbinud üliõpilane tunneb E-Tervise valdkonna sisu ja rolli tervishoius. Teab E-Tervise rakenduste erinevaId tasandeid: indiviid, tervishoiuasutus, ühiskond. Üliõpilane oskab kasutada terviseinfot erinevates tervishoiuorganisatsioonides. Tunneb ja oskab kasutada enam kasutatavad E-Tervishoiuteenuseid. Teab piirangutest e-teenuste rakendamisel tervishoius. Oskab määratleda digitaalsete ja analoogsete protsesside erinevusi tervishoius.

A student having successfully completed the studies has knowledge about the structure and role of e-health in health care. Student knows different application levels of e-health: personal, health care institutions,society.
Student has knowledge about how to use health information in different health care institutions. Student has extensive knowledges of most important e-health care services and application limits of e-Services in health care.
Student can define the difference between digital and analog processes in health care.

Tervishoiu infosüsteemi ülesehituse põhimõtted, terviseandmete struktuur. e-teenused tervishoius - digilugu, digiretsept, digipilt, digiregistratuur. Haigla infosüsteem, perearsti infosüsteem, riiklik tervishoiu infosüsteem. Elektrooniline terviselugu, elektrooniline haiguslugu, integreeritud elektrooniline patsiendi infosüsteem. Elektrooniline konsultatsioon, elektrooniline andmevahetus tervishoius, telemonitooring. Delikaatsed isikuandmed, patsientide privaatsus. Arstliku otsuse toetuse süsteem, tark situatsiooni mõistev keskkond. Kliiniliste ja mitte-kliiniliste infosüsteemide integreerimine. Meditsiini infosüsteemi päringud ja aruanded. Mobiilne arsti töökoht.

Principles of the structure of the health care information system, structure of health data. eServices in health care: electronical medical history, digital recipe, digital image and digital registration. Hospital information systems, general practitioner information system, national health care information system. Electronical health history, electronical medical history, integrated electronical patient information system. Electronical consultation, electronical data exchange in health care, telemonitoring. Sensitive personal data, patient privacy. System of support of medical decisions, environment sensitive to the situation. Integration of clinical and non-clinical information systems. Enquiries and reports of the medical information system. Mobile work place of doctors.
