master the legal framework related to digital changes, and know the most commonly used technologies for the development of digital services. Graduates know the basic components of the digital economy and its framework, are able to manage the main aspects related to the development of information systems and software, and are able to lead the projects related to the management of changes in the organization.
The aim of the curriculum is to:
1) to prepare specialists who master the information work of institutions, who can analyze, model and digitize various services and processes in order to implement the principles of operation of the digital state and offer innovative information technology solutions for the modernization of various services;
2) give a systematic overview of the basic concepts of digital government operation, cooperation and current problems in the field;
3) provide an overview of the necessary knowledge and skills for building a digital state and managing related developments, including the legal framework that must be taken into account when developing digital services;
4) create an understanding of the role of different target groups in society when transitioning to e-governance technologies and policies along with activities that ensure the transition;
5) develop students' ability to carry out independent research, including projects, as well as to act as a specialist and developer in own domain on International level;
6) develop decision-making courage and a sense of responsibility for the consequences of one's professional activities when managing digital changes in the country;
7) improve teamwork skills.

as well as the basic concepts, theoretical principles and research methods of the field;
- can analyze, model, and manage implementation of IT solutions in the reorganization of administrative processes and in the development of new solutions in the transition to digital services;
- can synthesize the functioning of the information work of public sector organizations, evaluate the role of information technology in administrative processes and make decisions regarding modernization of the organization's processes and transition to digital services;
- has an overview of different development methodologies when transitioning to digital services and is able to analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions;
- can analyze the relationship between innovation and the digital state and is aware of the ethical aspects of the role and impact of technology in the development of innovation and the transition to digital services;
- can evaluate fundamental democratic values and human rights, analyze the transition to participatory democracy, and find connections with service-oriented thinking;
- prepared to work in a field requiring a professional qualification, if necessary, in the field of research or development activities, showing initiative, responsibility, leadership and teamwork skills, and is able to pass on the acquired knowledge by teaching and mentoring, and to evaluate critically one's own activities;
- is able to present and argue the problems orally and in writing, conclusions and theories underlying the field in one's native language and in a foreign language important to one's field, and participate in related discussions with both field specialists and people outside the field.
