implement, manage and upgrade networks, systems (incl. infrastructure), and services in the information and communication technology (ICT) domain.
In addition to comprehensive knowledge in the field of ICT, the curriculum offers students practical experiences of teamwork and an interdisciplinary view in related fields, including e-governance, cyber security, software development, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, etc.
The graduates with Master degree will find employment opportunities as State structure developers in ICT domain and as intelligent customers on non-ICT domain, i.e. as specialists who cooperate in order to create innovative technological solutions which serve different sectors of economy. A separate target group involves national structures, the field of defense and security, and the government sector of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
Graduates are able to apply their education in research and development projects in universities, research, and other public institutions. The graduates may also continue their studies in a doctoral program.

- identifies, defines and analyzes problems related to the development of ICT systems and chooses modern methods, technologies and tools to solve them;
- evaluates risks, security, and reliability of solutions both in the development and operation phases, implements the necessary measures for risk management;
- plans, develops, and documents ICT projects following recognized methodologies and best practices;
- works independently as well as in a project team, is aware of project management principles and supervises co-workers, if required.

In order to obtain cum laude diploma the graduation paper must be defended for the grade "5" and the weighted average grade must be at least 4,60, where all grades from diploma supplement are taken into account.
