Aim of the subject is to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical expertise on project management and also to develop their technical skills in writing projects.

Üliõpilane:
- tunneb projektijuhtimise protsessi ja selle erinevaid etappe ning valdab erialast terminoloogiat;
- teab projekti lähteülesande koostamise kõige olulisemad põhimõtteid;
- oskab projekti plaanida metoodiliselt õiges järjekorras;
- teab, kuidas tagada projekti plaani järgimine;
- oskab koostada ja juhtida projekti meeskonda.

The student:
- knows the project management process, its different stages and knows the specific terminology;
- knows the core principals for the creation of the core task;
- is able to plan a project methodically in the correct order;
- knows how to ensure the following of the project plan;
- is able to combine and lead a project team.

Riskide käsitlemine projektides. Projektorganisatsiooni loomine ja sidestamine põhiorganisatsiooniga. Projekti alustamine, projekti edenemise tagamine ja lõpetamine. Projekti järelhindamine.

Problem wording and finding solutions, using different creative methods. Assessment of possible solutions. Work with interest groups. Handling risks in projects.
