Õppeaine eesmärk on õppida tundma rahastustaotluste ülesehituse loogikat ja omandada praktilisi oskusi taotluste koostamiseks, arvestades rahastajate erinevaid nõudeid.

The aim of this course is to to get to know the logic of the structure of funding applications and to acquire practical skills for preparing applications, taking into account the different requirements of donors.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- omab ülevaadet projektide rahastamise põhimõtetest;
- leiab infot projektide rahastamisallikate ja -tingimuste kohta;
- kasutab korrektselt projektiterminoloogiat;
- omab ülevaadet projekti ülesehituse loogikast;
- omab praktilist kogemust projektitaotluse koostamisest.

After completing this course the student:
- has an overview of project financing principles;
- finds information about sources and conditions of funding for projects;
- uses project terminology correctly;
- has an overview of the logic of project structure;
- has a practical experience in preparing a project application.

Projekti mõiste ja projektitsükkel. Strateegiline plaanimine loogilise maatriksi meetodil. Projektimeeskond ja kommunikatsioon. Aruandlus ja hindamine. Projektipõhine tegevus ettevõttes, projektide seotus ettevõtte arengustrateegiaga. Projektide rahastamisvõimalused. Õppetöö käigus koostatakse gruppides oma erialaga seotud väikeprojektid, arvestades konkreetse rahastamisallika tingimusi.

Concept of a project and project cycle. Strategic planning using the logical matrix method. Project team and communication. Reporting and assessment. Project-based activity in the company, the connection of projects to the company's development strategy. Project financing options. In the course of the study, small projects related to their specialty are prepared in groups, taking into account the conditions of a specific funding source.

Arvestuse saamiseks tuleb esimeses loengus kokku lepitud tähtaegadel esitada järgmised tööd:
- referaat projektide rahastamisallikatest;
- grupitööna koostatud näidis-projektitaotlus;
- oma grupitöö tutvustamine (kaitsmine viimasel seminaril) ja teiste gruppide esitatud projektide oponeerimine.

In order to receive credit, the following works must be submitted by the deadlines agreed in the first lecture:
-a report on the funding sources of the projects;
-a sample project application prepared as a group project;
-presenting your group work (defense at the last seminar) and opposing the projects presented by other groups.

Tutvuda:
- Riigi eelarvestrateegia ja EL struktuurivahendite planeerimine (valdkondlikud rakenduskavad ning planeeritud meetmed);
- Ettevõtluse Arendamise Sihtasutuse toetusskeemid;
- muud projektide rahastamisallikad.

Materjali põhjal tuleb koostada referaat, teemavaliku kinnitab õppejõud teises loengus.
Grupitööna koostatakse näidisprojekt: valitakse projektiidee ja sobiv rahastamisallikas, töötatakse iseseisvalt gruppides ja valmistatakse ette rahastaja nõuetele vastav projektitaotlus. Abiks loengumaterjal ja ja põhiõpikud.

To get acquainted with:
- Planning of the country's budget strategy and EU structural funds (sectoral implementation plans and planned measures);
- Support schemes of the Enterprise Development Foundation;
- other sources of project funding.

A report must be prepared based on the material, the choice of topic will be confirmed by the lecturer in the second lecture. A sample project is prepared as a group work: a project idea and a suitable source of funding are selected, work is done independently in groups and a project application that meets the financier's requirements is prepared. Lecture material and basic textbooks will help.
